THE POWER OF
PERSONAL BRANDING

Your personal brand isn’t just how the world sees you — it’s how you claim your space in it. It’s the story you choose to tell, the energy you bring, and the impression that lingers long after you’ve left the room.

When you invest in your personal brand, you’re giving yourself permission to be fully seen. To lead with clarity. To align your work with who you truly are.

Because the most magnetic brands aren’t manufactured — they’re lived. And there’s nothing more compelling than owning your story and showing up unapologetically as yourself.

Why I do this

Kim Conant | Photographer & Personal Brand Strategist | Boston

At 48, I reinvented my career — and discovered that personal branding isn’t about self-promotion. It’s about self-definition.

Women over 40 and 50 have lived, led, and overcome. Yet too often, we’ve been told to shrink, stay quiet, or fit into someone else’s version of success.

I believe this is the most powerful time to be seen. When you claim your story, your voice, and your presence, you create more than a brand — you create a legacy. My work is about guiding you there.

Thanks to Kim, I now have images I can look at on a tough day, when I forget who I am, and say, "Oh right!  That's who I am." Kim's process was a powerful one, starting with a branding questionnaire that made me think a little longer about what I wanted to project from my professional photos. And she nailed it. Kim was flexible, encouraging, and plain fun to work with. I felt great during our shoot, so I look great in the shots. I highly recommend working with Kim Conant Photography to capture your bold and real self. - Beth Knaus, Owner of That’s a Spade Copywriting
